Tai Chi at Merchistoun Hall
Tai Chi offers two classes of this most relaxing of physical activities Thursday mornings at Merchistoun Hall. The first class is ideal for who have done Tai Chi before. The second class is ideal for complete beginners and anyone who has dabbled in it
Each session comprises of half the class being dedicated to breathing exercises – stretching, through and acknowledging the joints within the human body through gentle exercise.

Tea Dance at Merchistoun Hall

Their tea dances run Thursday afternoons from 2pm – 4pm. Offering a weekly programme of dances devised and presented by the hall’s resident DJ Peter. Refreshments are included.
